How much ad spend do I need?
Minimum £30/day (~£900/month) for Meta campaigns, more for Google or LinkedIn. You pay Meta/Google directly on your card — we manage the campaigns, you fund the media. This keeps things clean, transparent, and means you own the ad account.
What if the 21 calls book but none close?
My job is to deliver 21 qualified calls matching the ICP, budget and authority criteria we agree up front. Your job is to close them. If the calls are qualified but your close rate is low, that's a pitch or product problem. We diagnose it on the weekly call and I'll flag it honestly.
What platforms do you run ads on?
Meta (Facebook + Instagram) for most B2B service businesses. Google Search if buying intent is high. LinkedIn for higher-ticket enterprise targets. We pick the right mix on the strategy call based on your ICP and deal size.
What's the onboarding like?
Week 1: ICP workshop, creative development, landing page build, tracking setup. Week 2: Soft launch to test creative and optimise for qualified lead cost. Week 3+: Scale spend on winners. First qualified calls typically land in week 2–3.
Can I cancel after month one?
Yes. 30-day notice after month one. No long contracts. If month one didn't hit 21, the 60-day free-work guarantee kicks in — cancel after that if you want. You keep the ad account, landing pages and creative.
How many clients do you take on?
Four per quarter. I run strategy and optimisation personally — this isn't an agency with juniors. When the four seats are full, the offer closes until the next quarter.
Why is this priced lower than other agencies?
